Public Investment Capacity Building Project “Training on Interpretation of FIDIC Contract Conditions for Construction Supervision”

The training programs took place in Baku and Nakhchivan with the number of participants up to 28.

The main objective of this assignment was to offer a complete and effective understanding and application of the FIDIC Conditions for Construction Supervision. The training provided participants with the appropriate techniques including contract management, progress control, cost control and quality management, environment managements as well build the capacity of the participants to successfully manage the construction projects financed by donor agencies. Participants from public entities participated both in lectures and site trips.
