The objective of this consulting service was to prepare a feasibility study which will mainly focus on the rehabilitation (rail track, bridges, stations/terminals and support facilities) of the existing railway link between Baku and Yalama. The deliverables and recommendations will be used by the Government and ADY to prepare the investment for the improvements of the N-S railway corridor infrastructure suitable for ADB financing.
