The objective of the assignment was to carry out technical supervision of the reconstruction and repair works for Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Persons in Sumgayit region, by conducting an assessment of the existing infrastructure and construction methods, supervise construction in line with the design plan, as well as provide civil engineering supervision, architectural, MEP, water and utility supervision. One of the main issues was supervise the compliance of construction to the local standards and regulations as well as provide inspection services for the quality of construction, equipment testing and laboratory analyses of materials.
